upload.py with google apps hosting

I've added codereview to my google apps domain and tried using
upload.py (from a git repo) like so:

upload.py --rev='HEAD~' -s codereview.mydomain -r bd@mydomain

However, it takes my google account password, not my google apps
account (I can tell because they have different passwords), and
although it doesn't appear to error out when I go to my codereview
site, I don't see the issue created. Am I using it wrong somehow?

I'm not sure if it's the same problem. But have you seen this issue:
