Add 'easy' tracker tag and review the rest

I'd like to use 'easy' tag for issues at http://code.google.com/p/rietveld/issues/list to add Rietveld to OpenHatch - https://openhatch.org/wiki/Bug_trackers but I don't have enough privileges. Can anybody do this for me? It will also worth to remove needless 'Milestone' and 'OpSys' labels. Any other ideas how can we use labels effectively?

BTW, GSoC is starting.
