Error when accessing the issue

I can repro this too (for that particular issue number only). Can one
of the Chromium Rietveld admins scour their logs? This error page
seems to come from PropagateExceptionMiddleware in middleware.py but
we'll need a traceback to figure it out. Is there a better place where
chromium users can be sent than this list?
