Hello,

I believe I'm missing something obvious, but can't find it.

When I create a new codemirror editor from a textarea with no content,
I'm not able to click on the editor to get a cursor in order to start
inserting text.  I'm using the newest 2.13 version and the latest
Firefox.  The editor works fine when there is some initial text to
populate the editor, but I can't get anything to work if the initial
value state is empty.
