Precompiler question

For Leon Gersing's TDD precompiler class.... can I do any prep by installing anything? There are several tool listed there that I don't have. I'll probably install it all in Virtual PC.

Good question, I also have some prereqs for my precompiler session. And not quite sure how to do it. Any guidance would be appreciated. :)
