How many volunteers?

I read awhile back in the group about the number of volunteers there are at CodeMash...Just how many are there, again?  I can't seem to find the thread where it was mentioned.

We have three members of the Board of Directors. There are another three members of the core planning committee. We’re supplemented with two or three additional folks during the few weeks before the conference, then another eight onsite proctors/helpers/gophers/awesomesaucefolks during the conference itself.

 

So, six people year-round, and another ten during the conference execution.
