For the Cocoa pre-compiler, you need the XCode Tools from the Snow
Leopard installer DVD.
For iPhone, you also need the iPhone SDK, available at http://developer.apple.com/
. For iPhone, you do not need to join the paid developer program -
the paid program gets you a signing certificate to install apps to a
phone, and the precompiler will just use the SDK's iPhone Simulator.
