It appears that when you call, you're in a finite (infinite?) state machine, the audio recording kept resetting itself as though my call was a bouncing ball in a room with all walls

Anyways, I did like that their system told you your place in queue. And yes, for your sake use a landline when you call them as who knows when they will get to you.
