Getting started question

Hello all,
I'm just getting started looking at this project. I got all of the
source code yesterday, I have the complete Visual Studio 2008 Team
Suite installed (including Visual Web Developer 2008), and I ran
"clicktobuild.bat".
However, when I load the solution into VS, I get an error:

I hope you can help me with two questions to get started. I'm getting
the error below which I'm having trouble with. The projects all build
but the website won't run. I thought maybe running the tests would
help, but there I get a message that there are no tests or they are
