The registration view was posting to the wrong action on the conference
controller.  I've attached the patch.

This is the first patch I've ever sent, so let me know if it is problematic
at all.

I just helped plan and run iowacodecamp.com on May 3rd and I'm interested to
help move this project forward so others can have a decent solution for
their code camps.

Thanks Chris.  I applied your patch and did some other stuff to ensure that
attendees can register.

What I have done may be changed since I haven't worked on this functionality
before.
