Help on Android Project [ Sync Database]

Hye all!

i just wondering if theres anyone here that can help me on building one function on my apps. the one function is to sync my internal db (SQLite) with external db, on the web (MyQL). i've been through around the web and cant find any tutorials that are understandable. can someone help me out here? :)
