It would be great if you would manage the video portion of the conference,
both archive and streaming.

I can provide the hotel networking/wifi information as well as information
about what free A/V equipment we can borrow and what the hotel/Orbis will
provide. That said, if there are others in the community with better
equipment, it would probably be good to at least know about the possibility
of borrowing better stuff or how much it would be to rent.

My primary concern is to not overload the hotel conference network -- that
would be bad.
