Subject: 2009 Sponsorship Update
We now have a private wiki for tracking sponsorship. There are firm
commitments from Oregon State and OCLC and verbal commitments from
LibLime and Princeton. Jeremy, Roy, Joshua and Jon -- you'll be
getting an email from Birkin Diana with account information.

We need volunteers to contact other 2008 sponsors and to come up with
new sponsors.

The yet-to-be-contacted 2008 sponsors are:
Sun
Digital Library Federation
O'Reilly
ExLibris
Talis
equinox (Karen?)

I don't have information on the amounts given last year and a copy of
the sponsorship letter used last year hasn't surfaced yet. Do the
folks who served as contacts in 2008 want to re-up?  Do we have fresh
blood?

Equinox is proud to offer its support for Code4Lib 2009 at the Silver
($2500) level -- expect a longer announcement next week, when I wiggle
myself free enough to compose a longer message!

FYI, I have been in contact with Sun and am hopeful that they will sponsor
again this year.
