I'm stuck back on v. 2.0.2, Coda is crashing left and right, and I've run 
out of patience waiting for the latest version to clear MAS.  I've been 
looking for the purported "transfer my license" button mentioned in other 
posts, but can't find it (in the app? on the website?).  Is it still out 
there, and can I still do it?  If so, can somebody point me to it?  Thanks!
