Subject: "Source Control > Compare With" no longer works after OS X 10.7.3 update

After the latest Lion update, Source Control > Compare With no longer
launches FileMerge.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Yes! I have the same problem. I assumed it was an Apple Xcode problem,
but that's not the case as far as I can tell because the file merge
application works still.

Any solutions??

ARGH! I got a whole new computer. I downloaded and installed Coda. I
downloaded and installed the latest XCode. When I right click on a
file to compare, I can see it saying on the left (below publish and
clear buttons) "Exporting {filename}..." and that goes away and
NOTHING.

I am going nuts because I now have to go to the web svn, copy and
paste to Text Wrangler and then open the local file in Text Wrangler
to do the compare. But I still can't MERGE the files. What a pain in
the butt.

It would sure be great if the Coda folks could figure this out. It
seems like it started after an update to XCode.....

I looked up the Console app while trying to run a compare with Coda
and go this:

[0x0-0x21021].com.panic.Coda[527]: xcode-select: Error: No Xcode
folder is set. Run xcode-select -switch <xcode_folder_path> to set the
path to the Xcode folder.
[0x0-0x21021].com.panic.Coda[527]: Error: /usr/bin/xcode-select
returned unexpected error.

I realized my Xcode was still on 3.x so I updated that through the app
store, then I ran "xcode-select":

sudo xcode-select -switch /Applications/Xcode.app/

Now compare works.
