best iOS 6 dev book for review/catch-up?

What do folks think is the best book/online course for catching up on iOS 6 development? I did attend WWDC last year, but haven't done any real iOS dev for 2-3 years now, and am looking to jump back in pretty seriously.

I suppose the BNR latest book would be good, but I see it hasn't been updated formally for iOS 6.

Any other ideas?

Here's the diffs for the third edition - http://forums.bignerdranch.com/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=5351 . Much of the content is still relevant.

I like the Apress book too (Learn iOS 6 Development).  It's wordier and tends to explain more.
