December 2011 summary

It was a great meeting. Notable for me, were these two presentations:

Dave De Long - run with the Objective-C runtime. Implementing
grandSuper (like super, but goes one higher ip the class hierarchy)
and super(n) (like super but goes N higher up the class hierarchy)
and why you should not use them. Also interposing: attaching blocks to
other people's methods that run either before, during, or after the
running of the original method.

Eric Wing - using GUI scripting (SystemEvents driven by Scripting
Bridge, driven by Lua) to drive Xcode to load applications onto iOS
devices and test them.
