  I do have experience with it as do a several of the other folks. I &lt;br&gt; host and design my own sites and its sort of a necessity if you want &lt;br&gt; to distribute your Cocoa app. MacUpdate/VersionTracker/iUseT his/ &lt;br&gt; Apple Downloads host directories of apps, but they don&#39;t actually &lt;br&gt; host the downloads themselves.   I have met people who have gone and they said it was great. It seems &lt;br&gt; to be best for beginner-intermediate. The great thing I heard is &lt;br&gt; that you can ask questions almost 24-7 and like you said you can &lt;br&gt; concentrate on Cocoa 100% with the downside being that it only lasts &lt;br&gt; one week and its a lot of material.
