I have met people who have gone and they said it was great. It seems
to be best for beginner-intermediate. The great thing I heard is
that you can ask questions almost 24-7 and like you said you can
concentrate on Cocoa 100% with the downside being that it only lasts
one week and its a lot of material.
Probably if you read though his Cocoa Programming book before and go
through some of the exercises, then also have some sort of
application in mind that you want to build and have some preliminary
design for then it would probably be a good investment.
