Just heard from a friend that the free wifi in weekends is over in "Somewhere Else" cafe? Is it true?

I guess I too am excited abt the idea - just that I am not in ekm that often.

This should be a self-sustaining activity - maybe, charge some rent or so per day per user?

The ILUG meetings venue - Jay's cafe - seems quite a nice place - a venue for many discussions, am sure. Maybe, others in this group have a better idea?

I has to be self sustaining for sure. In a co-working environment the expenses are shared. If we can unite the tech community around this idea and get a few startups then we can roll this out.

How much will a 1000 Sqft house cost for a month ?

Has anyone seen "Sweet Home Alabama" ?
There is a small town in the movie, where everyone knows everyone else. They all meet up at a local bar every evening, and have a lot of fun.
A place to meetup would be awesome, more like a cafe or a pub, and less like a house.

on a related note,

we are interested in furnished office spaces anywhere in ekm able to
seat upto 12 ppl. plug and play tech office is the idea with access to
toilets and net connection. AC if existing will be great..
if any one has such a place in mind please do share..also aproximate

yeah kenney,

the problem we face is that some of our employees need uplift on address...for marital market...this is serious trouble dude lol..
thats why we are looking for space with an ekm address..to accomodate those people..
sounds funny but a practical problem for us

please let me know whom to contact on the technolodge thing...

i heard the ites habitat space at kaloor stadium is 35 per sqr ft for first year and then 55 from next year on.. with AC and power full time
