Attached is my affidavit attesting to The Cochran Firm fraud. Suit was served to the Atlanta office of The Cochran Firm - Cochran Cherry Givens Smith & Sistrunk, P.C. - but the liars denied being The Cochran Firm's Atlanta office and further denied having any professional affiliation with the Memphis office of The Cochran Firm. It claimed, in fact, to be a wholly owned and operated Georgia corporation. Cochran Cherry Givens Smith & Sistrunk, P.C. was not and is not a Georgia corporation, In fact, the firm Cochran Cherry Givens Smith & Sistrunk was (and probably still is) a registered corporation in the State of Tennessee operating out of the same office where the Neals signed contract. Our case against The Cochran Firm, which defrauded the Neals in order to help Memphis Shelby County Jail escape accountability for Larry Neal's murder while under secret incarceration, was dismissed not on its merits, but based on the lies by The Cochran Firm, specifically, Cochran Cherry Givens Smith & Sistrunk, P.C. We plan to have the courts vacate their judgments, that were obtained by fraud, and retry the case based on the merits.
