Blue Line Talent is seeking a junior/mid-level QA Engineer for a
medical product developer in the Interlocken/Flatirons area. The
successful candidate will have QA engineering experience for medical
products and SQA for C++ in a UNIX and/or Linux development
environment. This Engineer can be hired at a junior or mid-level with
2-6 years of applicable work experience.

Job Title: QA Engineer - Medical products, UNIX/C++

Location: Flatirons/Interlocken area (Commutable from Denver/Boulder)

Position Details:
• Develop test plans, procedures, and tools for medical products
• Conduct tests and research for the development of new designs,
methods, materials and/or processes
• Uncover and analyze technical information
• Prepare reports, charts, graphs, and other documents for
presentation to team and leadership
• Develop comprehensive analysis related to hardware and software
• Contribute to verification and validation

Experience Profile:
• BS (or higher) in Computer Science or an applicable engineering
subject
• 2+ years Quality Engineering in a medical product development
environment
• QA experience for C++ software in a UNIX and/or Linux-based
development environment.
• Experience with process management tools, such as issue trackers and
test management tools.
• Experience with medical product development and/or FDA regulations
• Broad experience spanning software, hardware and general quality
engineering
• Stable history of direct employment

Helpful Experience:
• Software programming experience
• Knowledge of open source development tools and debuggers
• Experience programming in Perl and/or Bash
• Proficiency in scripting languages
• Experience with software version control (Subversion, Perforce, or
similar.)
• Solid math and analytical skills
• Exposure to image processing
