It's not JUST Montbello. We're on the west side and these idiots drive by
all the time with those subwoofers going, day and night.
And the stereo install places like Car Toys actually HELP them, by telling
them about "cop kill" switches that shut them off if they see a cop ahead.
( it's illegal and they can be ticketed but the cop has to hear them as
they drive by )
Being they interfere with our ancient right to "quiet enjoyment" of our
property ( coming into our homes with the noise ) I see it as initiation of
force against people, which of course most people dont mind as long as it's
not against them.
