因为政策原因，把一个非盈利组织进行了工商注册，现在需要购买税控机。这之前，还需要准备一台装有正版XP Professional的台式机电脑。

微软的朋友说有一种COEM的XP（随机版、简版），提供给电脑集成制造商的，无售后服务，市面上也有销售，很便宜，但不知道哪里有卖的，有哪位朋友知道的，请 告诉一下，谢谢

PS：如果你个人或者你公司非财务部的电脑，有正版的XP版可以转让的，也非常感谢。
