在windows下,Emacs如何运行python的解释器

我在windows下面的shell mode想运行python自带的解释器发现无法使用,效果如下.
同事说是因为"emacs把输出都重定向到自己的缓存里，和windows的输入输出有冲突",请
问如何解决?
