很高兴看到这个消息，这可是一本兼具深度和广度的书。英文原本粗略地读了一遍。有些内容自我感觉拿捏的不是很准。强烈期待哈。。。

forword 是 Steve Yegge 写的；preface 开头就很煽情：
“To fully appreciate Clojure, we hearken back to Paul Graham’s essay “Beating the
Averages,” an interesting look at the inner workings of his company Viaweb during
the years prior to being bought by Yahoo! Inc. in 1998. ”
不知道有多少人是因为 “ beating the averages” 而选择学习 clojure 的？

如果是看了《黑客与画家》才知道这个东西的，我觉得选CL的可能性更高啊。

clojure 更 practical。 Paul Graham 在 1998 年用的 lisp，到现在过 10 多年，基本上是 java 的年代，clojure 选择 jvm 是很现实的考虑。
