NELL and Neo4J

Hi Aneesha,

We don't have a full Neo4J version of NELL just yet. In this talk, Joel
mentioned that both the underlying database (Neo4J or Tokyo Cabinet) and
the KB protocal (Theo) were being developed somewhat simultaneously. The
Neo4J and Tokyo Cabinet implementations of Theo are close enough to done
to be ready for real-world testing, but NELL itself is not yet using this
newer and better-thought-out version of Theo. That's the next piece of
the puzzle, and it's something that we're still working on.
