Hi Manjot,

We would put NELL's source code up on our web site if we thought we could
get away with it. The problem is that every part of it is still changing
rapidly and there's very little documentation. This makes it difficult to
use, and we can't afford to spend too much of our time helping people use
it. Going all-out open source is more of a long term goal.

But we're certainly open to collaboration. Often, it turns out that there
are easier ways to get started and to test out ideas than to spend time
figuring out the source code. Is there something in particular you had in
mind? Feel free to shoot me an email if you prefer.
