> A CELEBRATION OF WOMEN THROUGH ART
> This exhibition will be held in conjunction with the university¹s
> observance of Women¹s History Month. Throughout March, Carnegie Mellon
> celebrates the
> contributions of women in our nation¹s history, sciences, and culture.
> The UC Art Gallery will present a collection of student works that relate
> the creative lives of women, past and present. Works may even be
> autobiographical or historical tributes. The show will run from March 14
> through April 1. (The gallery may close over spring break if security is
> not available.)

> Projects may be the work of individuals or the result of group efforts.
> Those wishing to participate may submit descriptions (with photographs or
> recordings if possible/applicable) of their works to the Student
> Activities Office (UC 103), attn: Jennifer Lindow, Gallery Manager, by
> Friday, February 25 at 5 p.m. Confirmations will be sent to exhibitors
> the following week. Setup begins March 12.
