Hi All,

The streamlines and the parcellation units are in the subjects native space, right? Or are thy transformed into some kind of standard space before segmentation/parcellation and fiber tracking?

What I wanted to do is generate voxel based (instead of parcellation based) graph, and I need to put the brain mask and streamline in to MNI space to be able to do group level analysis and interpretation...

Is there an easy way to do it?

Thanks

Hi all,

I am trying to figure this out by looking at the log file. and as far as I can tell, every images were transformed to the space of DTI images for the analysis. I you want anything that's in MNI space, you need to do it by your own. I have a code to transform the fibers into MNI space now. Will make it available when I finish tiding my project up...

Thank you Yang for your comments!
Yes, you are right, the CMP does not directly use an MNI space.
The T1 and corresponding WM mask ane GM parcellation are registered to the b0 image.
The diffusion information is reconstructed from the DWI raw data and tractography is performed in the diffusion space.
