Inconsistencies between connectome mapper and viewer

Hi all,

I just noticed that:

Connectome mapper is using the old trais api.

Connectome viewer is using the new one and is *not* backward compatible...

What should we do?
1- Update the connectome mapper and add the backward compatibility
