Subject: Claude Moore Colonial Farm News

Hi Folks,
The 18th century Farm will be open this Tuesday, April 21 from 10 am until 4
pm for Historic Garden Week in Virginia.  We are thrilled to have been
chosen as one of the properties included in this year's Fairfax County tour.
For information on the oldest and largest house and garden tour in the
nation, please visit www.vagardenweek.org.  In addition to other local
outlets, tickets are being sold at our GateHouse Shop for $20 through Sunday
and on Tuesday for $25.  The ticket price includes admission to all five
properties listed and funds raised support the garden restoration projects
of The Garden Club of Virginia.
Farm members who wish to visit Claude Moore Colonial Farm on Tuesday, April
21 will need to bring their current membership card with them - there is no
additional charge to visit the Farm.
Don't forget 18th Century Dairy Day on April 18 from 1 to 4 pm and the
Spring Plant Sale on April 24 & 25 from 10 am to 5 pm.
Thank you for supporting the Farm.
Anna Eberly
Managing Director
