Welcome to the CM1 Users Group.  This site has been created to allow users of CM1 to ask questions, share code, and post results.

What is CM1?  CM1 is the street name for the Bryan Cloud Model, a three-dimensional, time-dependent, non-hydrostatic numerical model used to simulate small-scale atmospheric motions (such as clouds!).  The code is maintained at the National Center for Atmospheric Research for use by researchers in the atmospheric sciences.
