CSA Guide

is there a downloadable version of the CSA guide anywhere? i have
tried to download the same from the google group site and from csa
alliance site and some other resources also but each time, it says the
document is corrupt.

any directions anyone?

We have heard of a small number of these issues, always Mac Safari
users. Adobe told us this is an ongoing problem. We have tried to
back rev the pdf multiple times, if anyone wants to suggest a Safari-
friendly format, we will do it.

It's not a Safari problem, it's a PDF problem. The problem is that
some security features, like turning on encryption with some
parameters, are crashing the PDF renderer. Safari calls the PDF
renderer to display the PDF in a browser window, and that's what
causes the crash. It works properly with Adobe Reader, but there are
other issues with that.

I have submitted a bug at Apple, and a friend of mine who is a PDF
guru at Adobe is doing what he can, as well.

I suggest that we use vanilla PDF. We don't need the security features.
