Hi everyone,
I got a problem getting started with CloudNode.
I set up my SSH key in my account in order to add an app from the "My Apps" page.
After setting it (using Node.js VM) and clicking "Provision" I'm automatically forwarded to a blank "My Apps" page.
Any other experiencing the same issue?

Hi slako,

a blank page is definitely wrong. You should see the app detail page after creating the app.

Which browser do you use?
Is JavaScript enabled?
Did you click "Request Coupon" before provisioning?

I tried with both Chrome v15 and Safari v5
Javascript was enabled on both
Yes, and it add the code (the same one every time i try) to the form.
I'm forwarded to a page showing only the footer and header of Cloudnode and no app is been created

I have no idea what is going wrong. You have an app called mokkamokka. Doesn't it show up under MyApps?

To reproduce the issue can you please send me:

- a screenshot of the filled in new app form
- a screenshot of the "empty" app screen
- an output of the browser console, if there are any errors showing up

yes, that's correct. I created an app "mokkamokka" but nothing is shown  under "myApps"
Here are the screen shots
Chorme console doesn't show any error during the whole procedure
Hope it can help

Thanks. Now we are getting somewhere. In the "empty" page is an exception. Can you open the inspector to have a look at the source and tell me the exact message?

Can you tell me what you did exactly? Did you delete an app?

there is indeed something that looks like an exception. It's a JSON string  "{"status": "failure - account exists"}"
I did not deleted any app since I couldn't create one :)
I just try the procedure of creating the a new app several times but always with the same results

Thanks, that helped. Please visit the "My Apps" page again. You should see a message that your account has been activated. After that everything should work normally.

Hi Hans Schroeder
I am having the same issue when creating a new application on the applications page. Is there something I need to do to correct this?

Hi Ustin,

I still haven't found that bug. I changed your account and it should get authorized with your next try. Was there something unusual that might happened to cause the bug?

Cheers,
Hans

It is working now thanks for the help. I don't remember anything unusual that I did or that happened. I did try to create an application before completing the profile. I'm not sure if that would cause anything strange or not.
Thanks

Hi Hans Schroeder,

I am having this issue too. I just created my account and I can't create an app even though I never created one.
Thanks for your help!

Bruno

Hi Bruno,

Sorry for that. Please try again. You should also see the "account activated" message now.
