FYI: the 1.1 protocol and schema specifications have been submitted to the IETF. They ought to, eventually, show up here https://datatracker.ietf.org/wg/scim/.

Thanks Trey. As of right now all future SCIM work should be conducted under IETF mailing list. We do need to move the open issues to the ietf tracker as well.
