Veiled Transparency in the Cloud

There have been numerous threads on cloud providers openness - e.g.
are they open about their SLA's, Pricing, Security standards, etc.

I spent a good 30+ hours researching several cloud providers websites
and posted my thoughts and findings on my blog www.privately-exposed.com.

I'm interested in feedback on what other areas should be part of the
conversation between the cloud providers and the customer and what
other providers I should add or may be good examples of transparency.
