You can go for cloud consultant certification provided by salesforce.com
It has got a prerequisite to complete few other certifications from salesforce.com

no need to go for any certification to study cloud. enough materials available in net itself. if u r interested u can download and prepare.

There's an institute at Chennai that advertises regularly in chennai cloud users Facebook group. You may join that group.
Certifications - IBM & Azure both have
Learning cloud computing?? Which aspect of cloud interests you?
If all of you can take it in the right spirit, this is like saying I want to learn railways. I like traveling by train, some could be fascinated by running the railways, while others make the engines and coaches.
I saw some material from Ravindra sir - good to get a feel of various aspects of cloud. Read through those and identify what you liked and how you want to use it.
Learning with a purpose will be more useful :)
Let me know if I can suggest some material / books once you decide.
I and my team have been using Azure for over 2 years now
