It's impossible to check closure library "docs" repo out

Svn 1.6.12 on "windows 7":

"svn co http://closure-library.googlecode.com/svn/docs" exibit a
premature break with the following message:

svn: In directory 'docs'
svn: Can't open file 'docs\.svn\tmp\text-base
\class_goog_history_Event.html.svn-base': The system cannot find the
file specified.

This is SVN's cryptic way of telling you, "hey, the repository
contains two files with the same name but it different cases. you
should email the contributors and tell them not to do that because it
breaks windows svn clients."

Yes, there are two files with the same name, differing only in case:

class_goog_History_Event.html
class_goog_history_Event.html

Which is impossible to checkout on non-Unix systems:

There was a push of the documentation, do you still see the issue? I see that one of the files was deleted.
