Updates to Clojure core API

Hi,
Clojuredocs still shows Clojure 1.3.0 as the most recent version. Now that
1.4.0 has been out for a long while and 1.5.0 will be out soon, is there a
plan to introduce the newer API for 1.4.0 and 1.5.0?

Hi,
In the past ClojureDocs has done a nice job of indexing all of
contrib. Now that contrib is split up will the new libraries[1] of
contrib be added to ClojureDocs? Is this something anyone can do via
a pull request?

emacs helper functions?

Hi,
Does anyone know if someone has written (and shared) some emacs
functions to hit ClojureDocs's API? Ideally it would augment the
slime-documentation command that clojure already has.

Hi,
I want to search for with-in-str in the search box provided. If I type only
with- (or anything less than the complete string), the instant searched
results, which are shown as drop down, does not show this particular
function.
This function starts showing up in that drop down if you type in the

Hi,
If you check the two versions of the doc. for slurp -
for 1.3.0 - [link]
for 1.2.0 - [link]
you'll notice a comment in the 1.2.0 version (at the bottom) - "Use slurp
also to read an input stream into a string."

Possible unstableness for 1.3.0 update.

Hey all,

I'll be pushing an update for ClojureDocs tonight around 11pm MST for
the 1.3.0 release of Clojure (woo!).

I'm not expecting any downtime, but just a heads up.

Could examples API be changed to return a URL even if no examples?

Why? Because then cd-client's browse-to function could use the
examples API to get the URL for a symbol, even if it currently has no
examples. Right now browse-to fails to browse to a web page for a
symbol if it has no examples.

I know that we _could_ modify browse-to to use the search API instead,

Why I ask: I've just learned about clojuredocs.org and like what I
see. I found the API, and Lee's cd-client library on github.com that
lets someone show examples, comments, see also's, etc. from the live
web site. Very nice.

Hey all,

Just a heads-up, but In about an hour I'll be rolling ClojureDocs over
to the beta. There are some complex migrations in this update, so the
site may be down for a bit. Feature-wise, library versioning,
prettified urls are in, site redesign, API changes, and a few others
are in.

Hi ,
I think the problem with google-openid needs to be fixed .. it
behaves very inconsistently.. I have to sometimes restart my browser
to get it working again .. I think this would discourage people from
adding examples.. I am sure it already has discouraged a lot of people
from adding examples...

Hey All,

I've just pushed a change that removes the ability to use markdown to
format examples. From this point forward var examples are code only.

The reasoning behind this is that code only examples are easier to
consume through the REPL, or IDE tooling. This change will also help
with eventual automatic validation and reference analysis for

How might one request that a linked library be refreshed? For
example, the Trammel library is an older version and I would like the
docs to reflect the latest changes.
