ANN: Counterclockwise version 0.0.48 release

Counterclockwise 0.0.48 has been released.

NOTEWORTHY : First release including some PAREDIT-like functionalities

PLEASE NOTE that the PAREDIT-like functionality, though it should work
well for "normal files" (files of e.g. 400 lines) may not work
sufficiently well for you (yet).
Please report feedback. PAREDIT-like functionality is a work in
progress, and the intended final version will be much more performant.
