Name and source code tool change

Hello, some news,

Name change:
Since Rich created a clojure mailing list dedicated to the developers
of clojure, and which is named "clojuredev", we are changing the name
of the clojure-dev project to Counterclockwise (ccw for short).

Since it is not possible to change the name of an existing project,
this one will soon be closed and its content migrated to another one
(we will keep you informed, of course).

Source code tool change:
After a test with Mercurial, and before being too tightly coupled with
it, the clojure/clojure-contrib source code tools migrated from
subversion to git, on github.
We decided to follow the crowd, so now the official repositories for
Counterclockwise (ccw for short) are on github: project ccw, and ccw-*
other necessary plugins :
