I use Counterclockwise with Eclipse and Maven.

 

why do you prefer it?

Mainly because I do a lot of work with Java (including Polyglot Clojure+Java projects), and I find it works better to have everything integrated in the same Eclipse IDE.

At home I use leiningen because its easy and well supported. At work I use gradle and sometimes ant because it's the quickest path to getting clojure in the build.
