I just posted the 0.4 version of Conjure to the github page. You can
download it at:

I'm currently filling out the "How To"'s on the wiki to hopefully get
people up and running quickly. I would like to get all of them done
before I update the rest of the world about the new version.

I've created a 0.4 branch on github if you would like to look at the
code and/or push bug fixes.
