Status of CouchDB & clutch

Just in case you've seen this:

I wanted to send a note to say that:

(a) AFAICT, _Apache_ CouchDB is in very good hands, and development there is as active as ever.
(b) A number of large businesses are based on CouchDB, including a number of hosted providers (e.g. Cloudant)
(c) I personally have no plans to use anything else, as CouchDB's model suits what I do too well to use anything else.

That's all to say, I'm still going to be hacking my head off on clutch, and really nifty things are on their way[1].

I'd prefer you not "hack your head off"... at least not in the literal
sense. ;-)
