Program Manager

Location: Houston, TX--- 
Length: 9 months

Start: ASAP

Interview: phone

 

·         One “Program Manager” will become a project manager of a small project

·         Determine the project approach, staffing, responsibilities, and schedule.

·         Develop and/or review estimates and estimating assumptions for the project’s schedule, effort, and cost.

·         Measure and monitor progress at clearly defined points in the process to ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and that it meets or exceeds expectations.

·         Ensure that all project plans, and changes to scope, budget, and timelines are communicated to all affected program members.

·         Support LT relationship management with all suppliers and subcontractors.

·         Monitor contractor progress and adherence to the contract.

·         Ensure SOWs are documented, signed off, and managed effectively.

·         Ensure that the project team follows all quality assurance processes, including periodic reviews and transitions.

·         Ensure adherence to Project Delivery Framework (PDF) and Group project requirements.

·         Ensure a quality management process is in place and effectively executed.

·         Represent the program at status meetings
