I'm running the community edition of Clipperz and I'm getting login
failures even though my username and password is correct.

I am running the latest version from subversion that supposedly fixed
this issue.

The same thing - today I cannot login even that I know that passphrase
is correct.

This is happening to me, too. Are there any technical issues? I hope
there are some technical issues.

In the event that there *aren't* any technical issues, is there any
way to find out whether, e.g., someone has changed my account's
password recently? Do I get sent an email notification when this
happens?

Okay, no panic; my account hasn't been compromised.

What's happening is that Clipperz is *consistently* failing to log me
in using the Chromium nightly build for Linux. It works fine in
Firefox. This seems strange. Is there any information I can collect
that would be useful?

Hi.

I've experienced same issue today on Clipperz and on Lastpass.com. Lastpass people say it happens due to Chromium issue #52096. I think this issue affects Clipperz too.

This appened to me too, randomly with the previous version of Google
Chrome and ALWAYS with the today's update 6.0.495.0.
No big problem, I used IE-tabs extension to circumvent the issue, but
if not nice...

Sorry for not being very present of the forum, but I am working hard
on another project right now.

It is a VERY long time since we had any concrete technical issue.

It looks like many problems are happening with the nightly version of Chrome.
I usually use the nightly build of WebKit (even if I update only every
few days) to access my Clipperz account (and I didn't have any issue
lately), so I can not report issues with Chrome.

It would be very useful to isolate the problem that is causing
Clipperz to fail and report it back to Google to have it added to
Chrome test suites, but it would definitely not be a trivial task to
accomplish.

In the meanwhile, ALWAYS keep an updated version of your offline copy
readily available. :)

Regards,

Giulio Cesare

And I thank you for it!

It's worth emphasising to people that is is Chrome's problem, not
Clipperz, and Chrome has fixed it and the current nightly builds have
the fix in them.

Good idea. Excuse me a moment.
