When I am at home on my computer that is under lock and key I would
like to be able have my browser memorize the Clipperz password. Would
really speed up my daily workflow. I understand how this could be a
security risk for people that are using a laptop or a public
computer. Perhaps it could be an option buried in the user
preferences and activated per specific IP addresses?
the problem about having such a configuration on a 'per user', is that
you need to actually login before being able to see it. And this would
completely void its purpose.
The only think I can think of, would be a GreaseMonkey script that
would remove the autocomplete:'off' from Clipperz login form, in order
to let Firefox take care of the credentials.
I wouldn't feel comfortable with such an arrangement for one very easy
reason: if I don't practice my passphrase often enough, I fear I may
forget it! :)
