Hello,
if the corrupted card is old enough, we could provide you access to a
snapshot of the online DB taken a few weeks ago (we are not very
timely in taking these snapshots, sorry).
Otherwise the only option is to delete the card and create it bran new. :(
The latest snapshot we have of the DB was taken on November 14, 2008.
Get in touch with me (possibly on the

username as here) if you want to give this a try.
