Good to know this. I think that I'll need to visit the Donate link
ASAP.
The folders/classification/tags feature is probably the most important
weak point that I see on Clipperz. I hope that you can make it happen
anytime soon.
The second most important development that I would like to see, not
from you, but probably from the community, is an open source mobile
Java client for Clipperz. An application that would fit the aspect
ratio of a Blackberry or Nokia smartphone. Those two platforms are
Java compatible and together hold a big share of the smartphone market
(45% for the Blackberry alone), and would skyrocket the popularity of
Clipperz. I dont know if a client for the iPhone is really necessary
given the size of the screen of the iPhone and its praised browser,
but given its growing market share it is a second good candidate.
Windows mobile...shouldn't it be capable of running the Java
application too? If not, who cares? (just kidding).
I'll continue checking the forums and documentation, but I'm assuming
that you have the server side API required for creating this client
application.
I think that the best thing would be creating a bounty prize for the
first person to develop this solution. I would be willing to donate to
this bounty as I'm sure that several other mobile users would donate
too, if prominently announced in Clipperz's home page.
